The red wine Barolo DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Demarie has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Elegant ruby red. On the nose slightly spicy, a whisper of cinnamon, careful use of oak, then rich, fleshy berry fruit. The palate is marked by oaky spice, malty flavours spread over the tongue, rich, dark fruit, slightly bitter on the finish.
