Ripe fruit, smoke, apricot, banana, passion fruit and buttercups. Powerful on the palate, savoury spices, peppery heat and a ripe acidity. Good extract, dense and consistent, noticeable but ripe phenolics. Still appears youthful and still has a long way to go, an unconventional Sauvignon Blanc.
