The red wine Zero, vintage 2018 from the winery Diroso Weinkellerei has been rated in 2021 by Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cal 1-28, Cal 1-36, Cal 1-15, Cal 1-22 from the region Valais in Switzerland.
Restrained bouquet with notes of dark wild berries, plum and shoe polish. Also hints of black pepper and bay leaf. Elegant on the palate, with fine tannins and ripe acidity. Aromas of blackberry, sloe and sour cherry as well as a hint of liquorice. Long mineral-salty finish.
