Dense on the nose, still somewhat closed and delicately lactic, with aeration herbal-spicy notes such as sesame, sage, lemon balm and yellow fruit such as ripe apple and dried pear appear. Precisely controlled on the palate, underpinned with drive, but not too powerful, always accompanied by minerality.
