Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong ruby, purple reflections, broader brightening on the rim. Intense dark cherry confit, black berry fruit in the background, hint of cranberries, mineral touch, inviting bouquet. Juicy, fine fruit expression, cherries again, integrated, ripe tannins, salty touch on the finish, elegant and lasting, shows good freshness, red berry finish, has long ageing potential.
