Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 01.12.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, broader ochre lightening on the rim. Subtle smoky-herbal savoury nuances of black cherries, some liquorice and blackberries, with air blackcurrants and ripe plums, subtle nougat caramel. Elegant on the palate, juicy fruit ripeness, fine wood nuances, pleasant minerality, good balance, held together by a fresh acidity. Lingers long with a fine chocolate touch in the finish, certain ageing potential. (12/22, drink - 2040).
