Bright golden yellow in colour. A seductive bouquet of linden blossom, lemon jam, peach and fresh bread crust, accompanied by a hint of smoked almonds. There's a taut, straightforward body on the palate, with a very fine mousse and pithy acidity. Bone-dry and clear on the finish with a lingering salty aftertaste. Very unique!
