Golden yellow with bright silvery reflections. Ripe yellow fruit, dried apples and hints of roasted hazelnuts on the nose. Full-bodied palate with a zesty mousse, well-integrated acidity with a mineral base that leads into a tart, herbal finish. An ideal accompaniment to food.
