Tasting Notes

Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Strong carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicately spicy bouquet with nuances of cassis and licorice, smoky-mineral nuances, hints of preserved cherries, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, appears powerful, extract-sweet body, elegant and well adhering, silky tannins, red berry, powerful finish, has reached an initial maturity for enjoyment, certainly further development potential.
