Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Deep crimson garnet, violet reflections, broad ochre rim. Fine red forest berries, floral nuances, delicate heart cherries, spicy nuances, some kumquats, a wide-ranging, fascinating bouquet. On the palate, complex, juicy texture of heart cherries, elegant, fine extract sweetness, delicate iodine nuances, finesse-rich acid structure, a hint of graphite, delicate, young fruit sweetness, seductive, salty finish, lingers for a very long time.
