Tasting from 16.10.2013

Light greenish yellow. Still somewhat restrained, nuances of quince, melon and some blossom honey. Complex, powerful, yellow stone fruit notes underlaid with dark minerality, fine acidity, subtle honey touch on the finish, good length, the higher alcohol is somewhat noticeable on the finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
