Tasting from 14.07.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Stony and unapproachable. Restrained fruit and demanding minerality exude brittle charm. Chamomile, cold smoke and some citrus fruit. Surprisingly fresh on the palate with a mineral base and a delicate, creamy finish. As special as it is independent. Goes well with bresse chicken and morel cream.
