Medium intensity. Pear, some linden blossom and tangerine peel, as well as herbal notes, lemon balm, and some ice candy. Medium-bodied on the palate, slightly sweet with noticeable CO2. Shows a subtle grip and again nuances of ice candy on the medium-long finish.
