Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Aromas of toasted hazelnut, lemon and tangerine, steamed corn kernels. On the palate, this is a wine with great intensity, the vibrant acidity is densely intertwined with fine phenolics, a smooth, supple texture and a penetrating minerality. A powerful, youthful wine, yet not massive, with a hint of the richness of nuance that lies behind the gripping tension.
