Rum raisin, milk chocolate and cinnamon. Silky and smooth on the palate, quite textured and round, plus a fine acidity, has charm, but also grip and length. Fresh, dark berry fruit on the finish and slightly peppery tones. A very complete food wine, now near its peak of maturity.
