Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Bitter chocolate nose, still very closed. The palate is dense, taut, built quite straightforwardly and still completely introverted. Beautifully balanced: spicy plants, ripe phenolics, mild but sufficiently supporting acidity. Macerated fruity finish. Needs some ageing, and will blossom.
