Strong yellow; ripe fruity bouquet with notes of honeydew melon, lime blossom, white pepper, mint, pain grillé; quite broad on the palate, full-bodied, concentrated, rather low acidity; slight bitterness on the finish, dry. Very compact, almost beefy Chasselas.
