The red wine Irancy, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Clotilde Davenne has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir from the region Bourgogne in France.
Almonds and cherry blossom on the nose. A very high amount of fine tannins sit boldly on the palate with a strong alcohol frame, firm acidity, medium concentrated cherry focused fruit and a mineral hue. A wine still at the very beginning of its development but has a lot of potential.
