The white wine Chablis 1er Cru Montmains, vintage 2020 from the winery Domaine Clotilde Davenne has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
A hint of apple and spontaneous fermentation notes on the nose. Honeyed and full-bodied on the palate, with a powerful alcohol and robust acidity. It finishes with some carbonic acid and tactile mineral notes, but also with a hint of sweetness. Still very young and without binding the components together.
