Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Intense ruby, deep core, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Subtle hints of nougat on the nose, ripe sweet cherries, subtle savoury herbal notes and a touch of tapenade. Juicy, sweet cherry, a touch of olive, freshly structured, integrated tannins and a mineral, lemony-salty finish. An individual style and good food companion.
