Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow. Clearly matured nose with dried citrus fruits, especially orange, plus smoke and some grilled peach. Develops further with air, becoming increasingly herbal. Very supple on the palate with wonderfully supportive acidity and great harmony. Finishes long with herbal and citrus notes, shows no sign of ageing. First-class aged Chasselas that can continue to mature for a few more years.
