Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicately leafy black berry fruit on the nose, a hint of licorice and elderberries, rather restrained. Full-bodied and sweet on the palate, balanced tannins, black berries, extract-sweet finish, already drinkable, ripe heart cherries in the finish, fine citrus touch and plums in the aftertaste.
