Strong garnet, broad ochre brightening on the rim. Spicy, black forest berries, some liquorice, tobacco nuances, hint of damp undergrowth, subtle green nuances. Juicy on the palate with red cherries, leafy nuances, somewhat hard tannins, salty, but also a little bitterness in the finish, not without any rusticity, yet a spicy food wine.
