Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Not too dark in colour. Cherry, bay leaf, very little oak, refind, starting to be mature. The tannin is fine-grained though firm, nicely balance by the wine's body and its spicy flavours. Traditional in style, even slightly old-fashioned, but delicious.
