Dark ruby red with purple reflections. Fully ripe on the nose with notes of blackberry, black cherry and elderberry, plus nuances of dried fruit and spices. Full-bodied and rather broad on the palate with a contrasting acidity and grippy tannins through to the medium-long finish.
