Tasting Notes

4.5
Tasting from 02.01.2005

Deep ruby garnet, delicate edge brightening, violet, youthful reflections, dark berry confit with a delicate tobacco background on the nose, delicately vegetal, full-bodied on the palate, intense dark chocolate, a small touch of cork perhaps, somehow the whole thing does not seem quite brilliant, something earthy resonates. Slightly bitter on the finish. (Perhaps an unclean glass?)
