Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Subtly cloudy, onionskin-colored. Floral start with lavender, rose, hibiscus and orange blossom, plus white pepper and a hint of lychee. Dry, with finely chiseled, grippy tannins and moderately fresh acidity. Oily hints lead to citrus perfume notes on the finish, accompanied by a hint of coffee. Very clean and clear, the grape varieties are easily recognizable, animating to drink.
