Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Light salmon pink with orange reflections. Fragrant. Apple peel tea, rosehip, peppery notes. Very full-bodied on the palate, clearly viscous, intense fruit, restrained but still carrying acidity, a delightful rosé, whose powerful structure is completely absorbed in the plump structure and sweet fruit. Suitable as a summer food wine as well as a winter fireside wine.
