Golden yellow; intense bouquet, notes of ripe peach, dried apricot, mint, lemon confit, quince, a hint of volatile acidity; soft attack on the palate, full-bodied, juicy acidity, distinct sweetness, slightly salty, slightly volatile component, dried fruit, light chocolate. Somewhat well-behaved, rather sweetish type.
