Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

On the palate, the wine begins with juicy acidity, an almost slender structure lends elegance, whereby the wine is still far from being fully matured in terms of both its aroma and palate structure. Strong tactile minerality on the finish.
