A hint of apple, some blossom honey, but above all herbal and "stony" notes and flint. A substantial attack, still compact on the mid-palate, becoming increasingly mineral on the finish. A striking Chenin Blanc that hides its power well behind substance and minerality, the acidity seems ripe but has intensity and carries into a long finish.
