Tasting from 15.07.2014: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Dark berry fullness framed by earthy spice and noble, ethereal wood toast. Dark chocolate and sage. Youthful palate with juicy blackcurrant and blackberry fruit. Wonderfully refreshing, ripe acid vein. Polished, bitter chocolate tannin structure. Plucky, balanced and long. With potential. Perfect with entrecôte.
