Tasting from 28.08.2014

Strong ruby-garnet color, violet reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicate animal spice, smoky slate minerality, red berries, delicate hints of sloe and sea buckthorn. Juicy, appears light-footed and yet complex, salty-mineral texture, delicate extract sweetness in the aftertaste, prances on the palate, makes you want a second glass.
