Tasting Notes
Bright ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicately tobacco-like nuances of licorice and a hint of sloes, hints of game, mineral touch, floral notes. Juicy, almost red berry, mineral and fresh structure, raspberries and lemons on the finish, salty touch in the aftertaste, still a little impetuous, will benefit from bottle ageing.
