Tasting from 25.11.2025: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

This exciting cuvée from Jacquère, Mondeuse Blanche and Verdesse has only eleven per cent alcohol by volume. Very fine, fresh fruit – pear, Amalfi lemon plus a refined exoticism with kumquat and pineapple. Sage, marigold and thyme - all very delicate. The palate reveals a fine flavour, carried by salty minerality and lively acidity.
