Made from very old vines on Kimmeridgian soils, this opens with just a lift of mint and then carries on into rounded, lemon-scented, hazelnutty subtlety. The body is creamy and has a zesty element that is reminiscent of ripe Amalfi lemon. Textured, long, elegant and very fresh.
