Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Dark carmine garnet, ochre reflections, subtle edge brightening. Nuances of black cherries, dark wild berry confit, tobacco nuances, present precious wood notes, underlaid with candied orange zest. Juicy on the palate, complex, endowed with black berry fruit, has good freshness, remains persistent, delicate spice, underpinned with fine plum fruit on the finish, mineral, shows length, extract sweetness and further development potential. (PM, drink, store + 20, 4/26)
