Tasting from 01.12.2022: Peter Moser

Strong ruby, purple reflections, broader ochre lightening on the rim. Fine red berryish confit, peppery savouriness, some black tea, hints of candied violets. Juicy, red cherries, taut tannins, salty and chalky minerality, blackberries, lemony touch. Shows great length, has reached initial drinking maturity, certain ageing potential. (12/22, drink/store - 2040).
