Tasting from 01.12.2023: Peter Moser

Strong carmine garnet, ochre reflections, subtle brightening on the edge. Fine spicy nuances, black forest berries, dark cherries, increasingly floral aspects with air, savoury, candied mandarin zest, accessible and inviting. Elegant and juicy on the palate, appears fresh and relatively light-footed, mineral core, fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fine salty nuances in the finish, already very accessible and versatile. (12/2023, drink/ store - 2045).
