Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

A racy terroir spiciness on the nose, slightly peppery, slightly nutty, even some iodine undertones. In the mouth there's suppleness and body, a firm acid backbone that clearly gains presence in the second half of the palate, the background remains smooth in a homogeneous way, almost creamy; an aligoté full of character, the depth of the old vines is clearly tasted.
