Pale lemon yellow; restrained, spicy bouquet, slight hint of cardboard, mineral notes; strong, salty attack on the palate, dense, tight structure, good substance, adequate acidity, still restrained aromas; slight bitter note on the long finish. Great, still rather closed Fendant.
