This has a golden yellow colour in the glass. It has a complex bouquet, with notes of quince confit, honey, ripe and dried pear, and fresh apple, the whole is underpinned by fresh citrus notes, and herbal spicy hints such as chamomile. It is viscous on the palate, with a plump sweetness, a fine acidity, and a kumquat flavour on a long and salty finish.
