Ein Cornalin der grossen Gefühle... Ein schönes, intensives Violett mit samtigen Reflexen. In der Nase findet ein Fest der Aromen statt: fleischige rote Kirsche, Sauerkirsche, gekochte Backpflaumen und Nelken, sowie feine Noten von schwarzem Pfeffer. Am Gaumen werden wir zunächst von diesem eleganten und knackigen Auftakt verzaubert. Dann lassen wir uns von seiner Fülle und Rundung verzaubern. All dies wird durch feine und seidige Tannine unterstützt. Der Ausbau in Eiche verleiht diesem Wein eine schöne Komplexität und Kraft. Ein perfekter Begleiter für Ihre Schmorgerichte während der Festtage, zu kräftigem Käse oder einfach zu einer Mahlzeit unter Freunden am Kaminfeuer.

Concentrated fruit aromas, notes of dried plum, cherry and blueberry on the nose. Also fine savoury notes and a hint of caramel. Elegant yet powerful on the palate, dark berry aromas, plum, fine tannins, long finish.
