Tasting from 28.08.2014

Strong ruby garnet, delicately undercoated, subtle edge brightening. Dark berry fruit, underlaid with ethereal herbs, a hint of black olives, candied orange zest. Elegant texture, fine red berry confit, well-integrated tannins, finesse-rich acid structure, mineral, with good length, lemony touch. A versatile food companion.
