The white wine Viognier Aude IGP, vintage 2018 from the winery Domaine La Bouysse has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Viognier from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Varietal, almost perfumed scent of apricot and lilac, a hint of the overripe in it. Compact palate with a good combination of substance, body and acidity, has also freshness and tension, and a very good length. Original Southern style Viognier.
