Tasting from 19.02.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Very dark color, aromas of elderberry pulp, dark chocolate, prunes and fresh wild berries. Combines fruit aromas of very different degrees of ripeness! Initially soft and supple on the palate, seamlessly integrated acidity, powerful body. The mealy, not at all restrained tannin is completely enveloped in opulent charm, the wine still finishes compact, but with the certain ageing potential for complex fruit development. An exciting wine of character!
