Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Medium carmine-garnet colour, ochre reflections, broad brightening on the edge. Inviting red forest berry fruit, delicate farmyard nuances, hints of liquorice and cassis, orange zest, a multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, red berryish and fresh, smoky savouriness, freshly structured, salty finish, lingers, a food wine full of character.
