Strong straw yellow; multi-layered bouquet, ripe fruit, underpinned by subtle roasted aromas; powerful attack on the palate, full-bodied, matching acidity, dominant roasted aromas, honey, baked apple; concise, again roasted finish. Unconventional, somewhat atypical Chasselas of a different dimension.
