Light yellow-green, silver reflections. A breath of fresh meadow herbs and grapefruit zest, mineral-citric touch, restrained bouquet. Taut, tight-knit, a touch of flint, white fruit, fine acidity, good balance, subtle honey on the finish, an elegant food wine with further ageing, great ageing potential.
