Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Lime minerality on the nose, plus a savoury boisée, a terroir-related aroma. On the palate, the wine has volume, but does not lose itself in the fullness of the vintage, substance and minerality provide verticality, the palate flavours are still closed, but indicate the pull to the savouriness, the finish shows great homogeneity and length, condenses salty, mineral. Already gluggable, but will of course be much more fun in ten years' time.
